मैनपुरी। उप्र. राज्य बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग के सदस्य ने आश्रय पद्धति विद्यालय के निरीक्षण के दौरान कहा कि विद्यालय में छात्रों की उपस्थिति काफी खराब है। जिन छात्रों ने अभी तक क्लास अटेंण्ड नहीं की है या कक्षा शुरू होने के बाद देर से पढ़ाई के लिए उपस्थित हुये हैं, उन्हें अतिरिक्त क्लास लगाकर उन्हें पढ़ाया जाये।
सोमवार को डा. साक्षी बैजल ने समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित पं. दीनदयाल उपाध्याय राजकीय आश्रम पद्धति विद्यालय भोगांव, अर्चना सेवा संस्थान लखनऊ द्वारा संचालित खुला बाल आश्रय पर्वतपुर हवेली का निरीक्षण करते हुये कहा कि आश्रम पद्धति विद्यालय में इंडियन ऑयल, भारत गैस, एलआइसी सहित अन्य प्राईवेट, गैर सरकारी संस्थाओं से सम्पर्क कर सीएसआर फंड से वंचित छात्रों को मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराये जाने की दिशा में कार्य किया जाये, सीएसआर फंड से विद्यालयों में वाटर कूलर, छात्रावास की अलमारियों, छात्रों के लिए गद्दों, चादर, छात्रावास में अन्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएं।
उन्होने कहा कि छात्रों के अभिभावकों को प्रेरित कर नियमित रूप से बच्चों की उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की जाये। बच्चों को विद्यालय भेजने के लिए उनके अभिभावकों को पोस्ट कार्ड भेजें जायें। विद्यालय में बेहतर साफ.सफाई की व्यवस्था रहे, छात्रों केा दिये जाने वाले साबुन, टूथपेस्ट, बालों में लगाने के लिए तेल, ओढ़ने को चादर, कम्बल, खेल का समान आदि जरूरी वस्तुएं नियमित रूप से दी जायें। स्नानघर के मिले दरवाजे टूटे: निरीक्षण के दौरान उनको छात्रावास के शयन कक्ष की अलमारियों की रंगाई- पुताई ठीक नहीं मिली, जबकि छात्रों के स्नान घर में दरवाजे टूटे मिले। भौतिक विज्ञान की प्रयोगशाला में उपकरणों, कंप्यूटर कक्ष में साफ-सफाई व्यवस्था ठीक नहीं मिलीं, धूल जमा मिली। छात्रों ने उनको बताया कि उनको नियमित रूप से छात्रों को साबुन, तेल, कंघा उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जा रहा है। बिछाने के लिए गद्दे, कम्बल, चादर, खाने के लिए काफी पुराने बर्तन हैं, खेलने का सामान भी उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया है। इस पर उन्होंने जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी को नियमित रूप से विद्यालय का निरीक्षण करने के निर्देश दिये।
कक्षा नौ के निरीक्षण के दौरान 35 छात्रों में से 27 मौजूद मिले। कमरे में पंखें काफी गंदे हैं, खिड़कियों के शीशे टूटे हुये हैं, रोशनी के लिए पर्याप्त मात्रा में लाइट नहीं है, जिसपर उन्होंने एलईडी ट्यूब लाइट लगवाये जाने के निर्देश दिए।
