सागर। प्राचीन जैन मंदिर में मुनिश्री अभयसागर महाराज, प्रभातसागर महाराज एवं निरीहसागर महाराज के चातुर्मास के लिए मंगल कलश की स्थापना की गई। समारोह में बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु शामिल हुए। प्रथम मंगल कलश की स्थापना ताराचंद, वीरेंद्र कुमार, प्रसन्ना कुमार रोड़ा वाले परिवार ने की।

श्री अभयसागर महाराज ने कहा कि वर्षाऋतु में सूक्ष्म जीवों की उत्पत्ति हो जाती है एवं चारों ओर हरियाली होने से जमीन पर चलना भी दूभर हो जाता है इसलिए मुनि, आर्यिका एक स्थान पर रुककर अपने आत्मकल्याण एवं प्राणी मात्र की रक्षा के लिए चातुर्मास करते हैं। गृहस्थ भी वर्षाकालीन सत्र में अपने व्यवसाय से फुरसत हो जाता है। इससे उसकी धर्मसाधना में चातुर्मास के निमित्त से काफी वृद्धि होती है।

मुनिश्री ने कहा कि अहिंसा जैन धर्म का प्राण है। अहिंसा का जितना सूक्ष्म विवेचन जैन धर्म में मिलता है, उतना अन्य किसी परंपरा में देखने को नहीं मिलता। प्रत्येक आत्मा चाहे वह किसी भी योनि में क्यों न हो, तात्विक दृष्टि से समान है। चेतना के धरातल पर समस्त प्राणी समूह एक है। उसमें कोई भेद नहीं है। जैन दृष्टि का यह साम्यवाद भारत के लिए गौरव की चीज है।
