उन्नाव की दुष्कर्म पीड़िता के रायरबेली में सड़क दुर्घटना में गंभीर रूप से घायल होने की मामले की जांच सीबीआई कर रही है। सीबीआई की कोर्ट में आज ट्रक के ड्राइवर व क्लीनर की पेश होगें। ट्रक के मालिक से गुरुवार को सीबीआइ की टीम ने करीब पांच घंटा तक रायबरेली व फतेहपुर में पूछताछ की थी।
ड्राइवर आशीष पाल और क्लीनर मोहन श्रीवास को कड़ी सुरक्षा के बीच सीबीआई कोर्ट लाया जाएगा। जहां सीबीआई की टीम दोनों को कस्टडी रिमांड में लेकर पूछताछ करेगी। इससे पहले गुरुवार को सीबीआई टीम ने रायबरेली में दुर्घटना स्थल का निरीक्षण किया था। इसके बाद सीबीआई की टीम फतेहपुर चली गई। फतेहपुर में टीम ने उन्नाव दुष्कर्म पीड़िता की कार को टक्कर मारने वाली ट्रक के मालिक देवेंद्र पाल से पूछताछ की। ट्रक के मालिक को रायबरेली पुलिस ने तीन दिन से अपनी हिरासत में भी रखा था। सीबीआइ अधिकारियों के निर्देश पर उसको छोड़ दिया गया। ट्रक मालिक ने बताया कि मंगलवार को सीबीआइ ने गहन पूछताछ कर जो भी जानकारी चाही सब कुछ बता दिया। लांबा (बांदा) की डंपिंग से मरंग लेकर ट्रक रायबरेली गया था। 28 जुलाई को खाली लौट रहा था तभी गुरुबख्सगंज में हादसा हुआ। इस दौरान चालक आशीष पाल से चार बार बात हुई। तीन दिन तक पुलिस हिरासत में रहे देवेंद्र ने कहा सीबीआइ ने पारिवारिक जानकारी भी हासिल की।

उन्नाव दुष्कर्म पीड़िता की मां ने कहा कि वह लोग सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले से सहमत हैं। पीडिता की मॉ नें कहा कि अब हम लखनऊ में ही रहेंगे और यहीं पर अपनी बेटी का इलाज करवाएंगे। यदि यहां के डॉक्टर जवाब दे देते हैं तो हम दिल्ली जाने के बारे में सोचेंगे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस केस के सभी मामलों को दिल्ली स्थानांतरित करने के आदेश पर पीड़िता की मां ने कहा कि वह लोग लखनऊ ही रहेंगे और न्याय की लड़ाई विधायक कुलदीप सेंगर के खिलाफ जारी रखेंगे।
