पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन सिह ने भी सुषमा स्वराज को श्रद्धांजलि दी। रूस के राजदूत निकोले आर. कुदाशेव ने सुषमा स्वराज को याद करते हुए कहा कि यह अपूर्णीय क्षति है। भारत ने बेहतरीन नेता और डिप्लोमेट खो दिया है।
हरियाणा और दिल्ली की सरकारों ने पूर्व विदेश मंत्री के सम्मान में दो दिन के राजकीय शोक की घोषणाएं की है।
