प्राथमिक विद्यालय रजवाना पर 3 दिवसीय राखी मेकिंग कार्यशाला के प्रथम दिवस पर छात्राओं ने पर्यावरण सुरक्षा हेतु हरे पत्तों वाली राखियों का निर्माण किया।
प्रतिवर्ष विद्यालय पर रक्षा बंधन पर्व से पूर्व इस कार्यशाला का आयोजन भारतीय सेना के वीर जवानों के लिए किया जाता है । इन तीन दिनों में विद्यालय के समस्त छात्रों द्वारा विभिन्न प्रकार की राखियों का निर्माण अध्यापकों की देखरेख में किया जाता है तथा अंतिम दिवस पर इनको पैक करके भारतीय सीमा की सुरक्षा में तैनात वीर जवानों के लिए सेना के हेड क्वाटर भेजा जाता है।
प्राथमिक विद्यालय रजवाना के प्रधानाध्यापक मोहम्मद इशरत अली बताते हैं कि वह पिछले चार वर्षों से निरंतर भारतीय सेना के लिए रक्षा बंधन से पूर्व इस कार्यशाला का आयोजन विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के सहयोग से आयोजित करते हैं.
प्रतिवर्ष भारतीय सेना की ओर से छात्रों के लिए एक स्नेह भरा संदेश भी आता है जो कि विद्यालय परिवार के लिए बहुत ही अनमोल है। ऐसी कार्यशालाओं से छात्रों में राष्ट्रप्रेम की भावना जागृत होती है।
कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष राम सेवक जी ने किया तथा अर्जुन सिंह, राजीव कुमार, मनोज कुमार, हर प्रसाद, मीना कुमारी, गंगा देवी, रानी देवी, विनीता देवी व सहायक अध्यापिका रश्मि निशा उपस्थित रहीं।
