सड़क की खोदाई के दौरान अंडरग्राउंड केबिल कट जाने से दर्जन भर काॅलोनियों की बिजली सप्लाई ठप हो गई। दिन भर मषक्कत करने के बावजूद विभागीय अधिकारियों को सफलता न मिली। अस्थायी तौर पर सप्लाई चालू कर थोड़ी-थोड़ी देर के लिए राहत मुहैया कराई गई। इस लापरवाही के खिलाफ बिजली विभाग के जेई ने पीडब्ल्यूडी के खिलाफ कोतवाली में तहरीर दी है।
षहर में कुरावली तिराहा से जेल चैराहा तक सड़क किनारे फुटपाथ के हिस्से की खोदाई का काम चल रहा है। मंगलवार की सुबह लगभग 8 बजे लोक निर्माण विभाग की जेसीबी द्वारा खोदाई के दौरान अंडरग्राउंड लाइन के तार चार जगह से क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिए गए। जिससे फाल्ट हो गया और दर्जन भर काॅलोनियों की बिजली ठप हो गई।
सूचना मिलते ही एसडीओ संजय षर्मा और जेई रामसनेही विभागीय टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। प्रारंभिक जांच कर काम षुरू कराया गया। कई जगहों पर फाल्ट होने के कारण लाइन पूरी तरह से बंद पड़ गई। उच्चाधिकारियों को सूचना देने के बाद ष्मषान घाट फीडर से थोड़ी-थोड़ी देर के लिए सप्लाई चालू कर लोगों को राहत मुहैया कराई गई।
जेई रामसनेही ने बताया कि इस फाल्ट की वजह से कचहरी रोड, बस स्टेषन, आॅफीसर काॅलोनी, आवास विकास काॅलोनी, षिवनगर, देवपुरा सहित लगभग दर्जन भर काॅलोनियों में समस्या पैदा हुई है। बगैर किसी सूचना के लोनिवि द्वारा खोदाई का काम कराया जा रहा था। जिसका खामियाजा उपभोक्ताओं को भुगतना पड़ा है। इस लापरवाही के खिलाफ कोतवाली में तहरीर दी गई है।
