यदि किसी ग्राहक को किसी उत्पाद को खरीदने पर कोई शिकायत होती है तो इस ऐप के जरिए समस्या के समाधान के लिए हर संभव कोशिश की जाएगी. लेकिन अगर समस्या हल नहीं हो पाती है तो उपभोक्ता के पास Consumer court जाने का विकल्प हमेशा खुला रहेगा. वो वहां अपनी अपील दर्ज करा सकता है.
उपभोक्ता मामलों के सचिव अविनाश के श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि शिकायतकर्ता से संतोषजनक प्रतिक्रिया मिलने के बाद शिकायत का निपटान माना जाएगा. उपभोक्ताओं को एयरलाइंस, बैंकिग और विमानन सहित 42 क्षेत्रों के बारे में शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए मोबाइल ऐप पर पंजीकरण कराना होगा. इसके अलावा उपभोक्ता इस ऐप के जरिये सरकार को सुझाव भी दे सकेंगे. उन्होंने मोबाइल ऐप पर कई अन्य सुविधाएं भी मिलेंगी.
