लखनऊ : उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने प्रदेश के करीब 14 लाख अराजपत्रित राज्य कर्मचारियों, शिक्षकों और शिक्षणेत्तर कर्मचारियों को दीपावली पर बोनस की सौगात दी है। प्रदेश सरकार ने मंगलवार को इन सभी कर्मचारियों को वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए बोनस भुगतान का शासनादेश जारी कर दिया है।
कर्मचारियों को बोनस के तौर पर 6908 रुपए की रकम स्वीकृत हुई है। जिसका 75 प्रतिशत कर्मचारियों के जीपीएफ में जाएगा और 25 प्रतिशत यानी 1727 रुपए का नकद भुगतान होगा। इसके साथ ही 4200 रुपए तक ग्रेड पे वाले अराजपत्रित कर्मचारियों को बोनस भुगतान होगा।
प्रदेश के लाखों राज्य कर्मचारियों और पेंशनधारकों की जेब दीपावली के त्योहार पर खाली न रह जाए, इसलिए योगी सरकार उन्हें दीवाली से पहले वेतन देने जा रही है। अपर मुख्य सचिव वित्त संजीव मित्तल ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों तथा मुख्य व वरिष्ठ कोषाधिकारियों को 25 अक्टूबर को वेतन जारी करने के आदेश दिए हैं। वित्त मंत्री सुरेश खन्ना ने बताया कि दीवाली से पहले सभी कर्मचारियों को बोनस भी दे दिया जाएगा।
राज्य सरकार हर महीने की पहली तारीख को वेतन देती है, लेकिन इस बार 27 अक्टूबर को दीवाली होने के कारण राज्य कर्मचारी पर्व से पहले वेतन की मांग कर रहे थे। राज्य सरकार ने कर्मचारियों की मांग को स्वीकार करते हुए प्रदेश के करीब 20 लाख सेवारत व सेवानिवृत्त कार्मिकों को तोहफा दिया है। अपर मुख्य सचिव द्वारा जारी निर्देश में बताया गया कि 26 अक्टूबर को बैंक अवकाश और 27 अक्टूबर को दीपावली का सार्वजनिक अवकाश होने के कारण वेतन व पेंशन का भुगतान 25 अक्टूबर को कर दिया जाएगा।
राज्य कर्मचारियों के साथ सहायता प्राप्त शिक्षण व प्राविधिक शिक्षण संस्थाओं, शहरी स्थानीय निकायों व कार्य प्रभारित कर्मचारियों तथा प्रदेश के कोषागारों से पेंशन पाने वाले पेंशनधारकों को भी नियत तिथि से पूर्व भुगतान किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा हर वर्ष मिलने वाला बोनस भी कर्मचारियों को दीवाली से पहले मिल जाएगा। अपर मुख्य सचिव वित्त ने बताया कि संबंधित आदेश अगले सप्ताह जारी कर दिया जाएगा।
