  • अक्सर ठंड के दिनों में देखा गया है कि प्यास कम लगती है इसलिए लोग पानी कम पीते हैं। हालांकि, इसे आदत मत बनाइए। आपको चाहे प्यास न लगे लेकिन दिन में कम से कम दो लीटर पानी ज़रूर पिएं। पानी आपकी त्वचा और शरीर को हाइड्रेट करके रखता है।
  • असेन्शल ऑइल से करें मसाजआयुर्वेद में तेल का इस्तेमाल खूब किया जाता है। यहां तक कि स्किन एक्सपर्ट्स का भी मानना है कि त्वचा के रूखेपन से बचने के लिए सभी को खुद तेल से मालिश करनी चाहिए। इसे अभ्यंग कहा जाता है और इसे नहाने से कुछ देर पहले करना चाहिए।

  • वैसे तो मौसम कैसा भी हो आपको वर्कआउट ज़रूर करना चाहिए लेकिन सर्दियों में खासतौर पर एक्सर्साइज़ करनी चाहिए। पसीना बहाइए और समय मिले तो मेडिटेशन भी करें। वर्कआउट से न सिर्फ आपके दिमाग़ को सुकून मिलता है बल्कि त्वचा भी फ्रेश और हेल्दी होती है।
  • आप घर पर भी रूखी त्वचा से निपटने के लिए बॉडी लोशन बना सकते हैं। इसके लिए आपको एक छोटी बोतल में ग्लीसरीन, गुलाब जल और एक नींबू को मिलाकर रखना होगा। इसे आप रोज़ाना चेहरे, हाथ और पैरों में लगा सकती हैं। इसे एक घंटा लगाकर पानी से धो लें।
