अखिलेश यादव ने जारी किए गए बयान में कहा कि अर्थव्यवस्था का जिक्र खेती-किसानी और गांव-गरीब के बिना अधूरा रहता है। संसद में पेश बजट में कृषि उड़ान का सपना दिखाया है। नीली क्रांति और श्वेत क्रांति का नारा भी दिया है। अब भाजपा राज में कॉन्ट्रैक्ट फार्मिंग का राग छेड़ा है, लेकिन पानी के संकट से जूझ रहे बुंदेलखंड का कोई जिक्र नहीं है कि वहां किसान कैसे अपना खेत सींचेंगे?
अखिलेश ने कहा कि वास्तव में भाजपा की नीति और नीयत दोनों में खोट है। उसकी कथनी-करनी में भारी अंतर है। किसानों के लिए बड़ी-बड़ी बातें करने वाली सरकार ने भारतीय खाद्य निगम के फंड में 76 हजार करोड़ की कटौती कर दी।
इस कटौती का सीधा असर सरकारी खरीद पर पड़ेगा। किसान आज भी बिचौलियों की दया पर आश्रित है और कल भी उसकी वही हालत रहेगी।
