रामपुर की एमपी एमएलए स्पेशल कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को तीनों के कुर्की वारंट के साथ ही गिरफ्तारी के लिए गैर जमानती वारंट भी जारी किए थे। यह मुकदमा भाजपा नेता आकाश सक्सेना ने पिछले साल दर्ज कराया था, जिसमें उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि अब्दुल्ला के दो-दो जन्म प्रमाण पत्र बनवाए गए हैं। एक जन्म प्रमाण पत्र रामपुर से तो दूसरा लखनऊ से जारी किया गया है।
