कोरोना वायरस के बढ़ते प्रभाव और खतरे को बेअसर करने के लिए दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मंगलवार को 5 सूत्रीय योजना का एलान किया। इस योजना को उन्होंने ‘5-T’ नाम दिया है। उन्होंने इस योजना के जरिये बताया कि दिल्ली में लगातार बढ़ रहे कोरोना संक्रमण के मामलों पर कैसे रोक लगाएंगे।
- टेस्टिंग: शुक्रवार से कोरोना वायरस के रैपिड टेस्ट करेंगे। हम अचानक ही कहीं भी जाकर टेस्ट करेंगे। अगले कुछ दिनों में एक लाख टेस्ट किए जाएंगे। केंद्र सरकार से हमें शुक्रवार तक टेस्टिंग किट मिल जाएंगीं। दिल्ली सरकार ने 50,000 हजार टेस्टिंग किट का ऑर्डर भी दिया है, जिसके अगले 1-2 दिन में मिल जाने की उम्मीद है। कुछ किट तो आनी भी शुरू हो गई हैं। इन किट के जरिये टेस्टिंग का काम शुक्रवार से शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
- ट्रेसिंग: कोरोना से संक्रमित संदिग्ध लोगों की पहचान की जा रही है, जो आगे भी जारी रहेगी। इसी के साथ उनके क्वारंटाइन करने व इलाज का काम दिल्ली में तेजी से हो रहा है। जो अपने घरों में क्वारंटाइन हैं, उनके बारे में हम पुलिस की मदद से ऐसे लोगों का पता लगाएंगे कि वे क्वारंटाइन में नियमों का पालन कर रहे हैं या नहीं। हमने पुलिस को 27,702 लोगों के फोन नंबर दिए हैं ताकि पता लगाया जा सके कि होम क्वारंटाइन के तहत लोग वास्तव में घरों में रहते हैं या नहीं।
- ट्रीटमेंट: अब तक 526 कोरोना के मामले सामने आए हैं। तकरीबन 3000 बेड तैयार कर लिए हैं, जिसमें सिर्फ कोरोना मरीजों को ही रखा जाएगा। जो भी कोरोना पीड़ित होगा उसका इलाज कराया जाएगा। हमने योजना बनाई है, जिसमें 30,000 तक मरीज हो जाएंगे, तो भी हमारे पास पूरे इंतजाम हैं। 12,000 होटल के कमरे टेकओवर किए जाएंगे। 2450 बेड सरकारी अस्पताल में हैं, जबकि बाकी बचे बेड निजी अस्पतालों से लिए गए हैं। यहां तक कि जरूरत पड़ने पर धर्मशाला को टेकओवर किया जाएगा।
4. टीम वर्क: कोई भी अकेला कोरोना के खिलाफ लड़कर जंग नहीं जीत पाएगा। ऐसे में टीम वर्क के साथ काम करना होगा। हम एक-दूसरे से सीखकर भी काम कर सकते हैं। हमें डॉक्टरों और नर्सों की सुरक्षा और रक्षा करनी होगी
5.ट्रैकिंग: योजना का क्रियान्यवयन कैसे हो रहा है? इसकी ट्रैकिंग और मॉनिटरिंग होगी। जो प्लान बनाया है वो ठीक से लागू हो इसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी मेरी है। अगर कोरोना से 3 कदम आगे रहेंगे तो लड़ाई ज़रूर जीतेंगे।
