प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज पंचायती राज दिवस पर देश भर की विभिन्न ग्राम पंचायतों को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से संबोधित किया। उन्होंने इस दौरान विकास योजनाओं को तैयार करने और लागू करने के लिए ई ग्राम स्‍वराज वेबसाइट और स्वामित्व योजना लॉन्च किया। साथ ही इसकी महत्व बताई। उनके साथ पंचायती राज मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर भी मौजूद रहे। 

जानते हैं पीएम मोदी के संबोधन की बड़ी बातें-

  • पीएम मोदी ने सरपंचों के साथ बातचीत के दौरान कहा कि कोरोना वायरस महामारी ने हमारे जीने के तरीके और हमारे काम करने के तरीके पर एक बड़ा प्रभाव डाला है। इस संकट में तकनीक की वजह से हम एक दूसरे से जुड़ने में सफल रहे हैं और इस तरह की बैठक आज संभव हो सकी है। उन सभी को मेरी शुभकामनाएं जिन्होंने पंचायती राज पुरस्कार जीते हैं।
  • पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस ने हमारे रास्ते में बहुत सारी चुनौतियां भेजी हैं, लेकिन हमें जीवन में हमेशा ऐसी स्थिति से कुछ न कुछ सीखना चाहिए। कोरोना ने भी हमें सोचने के लिए बहुत कुछ दिया है और हमें हमारे कार्य करने के तरीके के बारे में बहुत कुछ सिखाया है।
  • पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि कोरोना संकट के इस समय में हमारे संकल्प की प्रासंगिकता बढ़ गई है। इसने यह बिल्कुल स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि हमें अपने अस्तित्व के लिए केवल खुद पर निर्भर रहना होगा। 
  • पीएम मोदी ने सरपंचों के साथ बातचीत के दौरान कहा कि भारत के गांवों ने कोरोना वायरस महामारी से लड़ने के लिए सरल अर्थों में शारीरिक दूरी ( Social Distancing) को परिभाषित करने के लिए ‘दो गज दूरी’ का मंत्र दिया है। 
  • पीएम मोदी ने इस दौरान यह भी कहा कि कोरोना वायरस संकट के बीच सीमित संसाधनों और कठिनाइयों के बावजूद, देश के नागरिक कठिनाइयों के आगे झुकने के बजाय इस चुनौती का मुकाबला कर रहे हैं। समस्याएं हैं, लेकिन देश को एक नई प्रतिबद्धता के साथ आगे बढ़ रहा है।
  • पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि पिछले 5-6 वर्षों में गांवों में तेजी से ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराने और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए काम किया गया है कि राष्ट्र के हर कोने में मोबाइल फोन पहुंचे। 1.25 लाख से ज्यादा पंचायतों तक ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन पहुंच गया है। कॉमन सर्विस सेंटरों की संख्या भी तीन लाख से भी ज्यादा हो गई है।
  • पीएम मोदी ने सरपंचों के साथ बातचीत के दौरान कहा कि आज सरकार ने दो बड़े प्ररियोजना ग्राम स्वराज और स्वामित्व शुरू किए हैं, जिससे गांव के आधारभूत संरचना को मजबूत करने और शहरों और गांवों के बीच दूरी को कम करने में मदद मिलेगी। यह पंचायतों के संपूर्ण डिजिटलीकरण की शुरुआत है।
  • ऐप और ई-ग्राम स्वराज वेबसाइट से आप सभी को जुड़ना होगा। यह आप सभी के लिए वरदान साबित होगा और आपको संपत्ति से लेकर आय तक की रिकॉर्ड रखने में भी मदद मिलेगी। 
  • पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि फिलहाल  6 राज्यों में स्वामित्व योजना की शुरुआत होगी। ये राज्य हैं उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश , उत्तराखंड  कर्नाटक, हरियाणा और महाराष्ट्र शामिल हैं। धीरे-धीरे अन्य राज्यों को भी इससे जोड़ा जाएगा।
  • पीएम मोदी ने इससे पहले आज इस अवसर पर पंचायती राज मंत्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर को एक पत्र लिखा, ‘ बहादुर योद्धाओं की तरह कोरोना वायरस की चुनौती के खिलाफ प्रतिबद्ध तरीके से लड़ रहे पंचायती राज प्रणाली के सदस्य प्रेरणा का स्रोत हैं। इस लड़ाई में  यह संयुक्त बल हमारी ताकत है। हम निश्चित रूप से अपनी एकता से इस महामारी को हराएंगे।’
