नई दिल्ली/जम्मू : गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने जम्मू-कश्मीर से धारा 370 हटाने की सिफारिश की। जिसको राष्ट्रपति की ओर से मंजूरी मिल गई है। गृह मंत्री के इस जवाब पर राज्यसभा में जोरदार हंगामा शुरू हो गया। राष्ट्रपति की मंजूरी के बाद अनुच्छेद 370 के सभी खंड लागू नहीं होंगे।
इसमें सिर्फ एक खंड रहेगा। उन्होंने जम्मू कश्मीर के पुनर्गठन का विधेयक पेश किया। जम्मू कश्मीर को केंद्र शासित प्रदेश का दर्जा दिया गया। लद्दाख भी केंद्र शासित प्रदेश बनेगा।
जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला और महबूबा मुफ्ती को उनके घरों में नजरबंद कर लिया गया है।
कांग्रेस नेता गुलाम नबी आजाद ने गृहमंत्री के बयान से पहले ही कश्मीर मुद्दे को उठाते हुए कहा कि जम्मू-कश्मीर में युद्ध जैसे हालात हैं। गृहमंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा, ‘कश्मीर पर किसी भी सवाल का जवाब देने को तैयार हूं।‘
