जम्मू (एजेंसी) । जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर में बड़ी संख्‍या में अतिरिक्‍त सुरक्षा बलों की तैनाती के बाद से लगातार हलचल बढ़ रही हैं। जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला और महबूबा मुफ्ती को उनके घरों में नजरबंद कर लिया गया है। कई नेताओं को हिरासत में भी लिया गया है।

घाटी में इंटरनेट सेवाओं बंद करने के साथ ही जम्‍मू और श्रीनगर में धारा-144 लगा दी गई है। जम्‍मू में सभी स्‍कूल कॉलेजों को बंद कर दिया गया है। वादी के महत्वपूर्ण संस्थानों और संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की चौकसी बढ़ा दी गई है। चप्पे-चप्पे पर सुरक्षा बल तैनात हैं। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह राज्‍यसभा में 11 बजे जबकि लोकसभा में 12 बजे अपनी बात रखेंगे। ऐसे में नजरें संसद पर जाकर टिक गई हैं।

पीडीपी के राज्यसभा सांसद नजीर अहमद लावे और मीर मोहम्मद फैयाज ने कश्मीर के हालात को लेकर संसद परिसर में विरोध प्रदर्शन किया।
कश्मीर मसले पर AIMIM सांसद असदुद्दीन औवेसी ने लोकसभा में कार्य स्थगन का जबकि भाकपा सांसद बिनॉय विश्वम ने राज्यसभा में नियम 267 के तहत नोटिस दिया है। पीडीपी के राज्यसभा सांसद नजीर अहमद लावे और मीर मोहम्मद फैयाज ने कश्मीर में हालात के खिलाफ विरोध में काली पट्टी बांध कर सदन पहुंचे हैं।
