नई दिल्ली : पहलवानी में अच्छे अच्छे को धूल चटाने वाली बबिता फोगाट अब राजनीति में दांव पेच दिखाने आयीं हैं। केंद्रीय मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू की मौजूदगी में बबीता फोगाट और उनके पिता महावीर सिंह फोगाट आज भाजपा में शामिल हो गए। अभी हाल ही में बबीता ने अनुच्छेद 370 को खत्म किए जाने के फैसले पर मोदी सरकार का समर्थन और पाकिस्तान पर तंज कसा था। पाकिस्तान की इमरान खान सरकार द्वारा भारत से व्यापारिक रिश्ते खत्म करने के के बाद बबीता फोगाट ने ट्वीट किया था, ‘एक और बड़ी खबर- पंक्चर वाले ने MRF के साथ व्यापारिक रिश्ते खत्म किए।’ बबीता के इस ट्वीट को काफी पसंद किया गया था, लोगों ने इसे लाइक किया था।
बबीता फोगाट चरखी दादरी के बलाली गांव की रहने वाली हैं। बबीता फोगाट हरियाणा पुलिस में खेल कोटे से सब इंस्पेक्टर का पद मिला हुआ है। उन्होंने 2010 के कॉमनवेल्थ में भारत के लिए सिल्वर मेडल जीता था। इसी जीत के बाद सरकार ने 2013 में बबीता को हरियाणा पुलिस में एसआइ बनाया था। बबीता और उनकी बहन गीता के जीवन पर दंगल फिल्म भी बनी है।
खास बात यह है कि इन दिनों में भाजपा खेल हस्तियों के आकर्षण का केंद्र बनी हुई है। कुछ दिन पहले पूर्व क्रिकेटर गौतम गंभीर भाजपा में शामिल हुए थे और अब वह पूर्वी दिल्ली से सांसद हैं। इससे पहले महावीर फोगाट दुष्यंत चौटाला की पार्टी जननायक जनता पार्टी (जेजेपी) में थे।
हरियाणा में इस साल के अंत तक विधानसभा चुनाव हो सकते हैं। भाजपा ने नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर को हरियाणा के लिए चुनाव प्रभारी बनाया है। भाजपा ने इस बार 90 सीटों में से 75 प्लस का नारा दिया है।
