भरतपुर (Bharatpur) क्षेत्र का ये पहला मौका है जब इस तरह से मशरूम की खेती शुरू की गई है ! झोपड़ी के अंदर बांसों के रैक बनाए गए हैं ! जिनमें मशरूम के पैकेट रखे गए हैं ! इन्हीं पैकेटों में मशरूम की उगाई जा रही है ! भरतपुर से इस मशरूम की सप्लाई गोरखपुर, बस्ती, मथुरा, आगरा और देश के अन्य शहरों में कर रहे हैं ! अब उनकी सालाना कमाई 30 लाख रुपये के आसपास हो गई है ! मशरूम का उत्पादन करने वाले अभयवीर सोलंकी ने बताया कि वो एक बीघा खेत में 10 झोपड़ियो में मशरूम उत्पादन कर रहे हैं ! झोपड़ियों में बासों पर घास-फूस लगाकर ब्लॉक तैयार किए गए हैं ! एक ब्लॉक में करीब 2 लाख रुपये की लागत आई थी ! मिस्टर सोलंकी ने बताया कि वो अब तक 10 झोपड़ियों से 25 लाख रुपये का मुनाफा कमा चुके हैं ! झोपड़ियो में मशरूम उत्पादन को देखने के लिए दूर-दूर से लोग वहां पहुंच रहे हैं ! मशरूम की खेती करने वाले किसान अभयवीर ने बताया कि मशरूम की इस तरह की खेती 16-20 डिग्री सेल्सियस वाले इलाके में होती थी ! मेरा एक मित्र था जो इस तरह की खेती कर रहा था ! दोस्त के यहां से इस तरीके को सीखकर आए थे !
उत्तराखंड (Uttarakhand) में ये तरीका अपनाया जा रहा था तो उन्होंने भरतपुर में इसे आजमाया और वो सफल हुए ! उनका कहना है कि आगे इसे और बढ़ाया जाएगा ! एक झोपड़ी से प्रतिदिन 30 किलो से अधिक मशरूम का उत्पादन हो रहा है जिसे कई राज्यों में सप्लाई किया जा रहा है ! अभयवीर ने बताया कि पहली बार में हमारे यहां मशरूम की अच्छी पैदावार हुई है ! अक्टूबर के दौरान हमने इस झोपड़ी में मशरूम की खेती शुरू की थी और जनवरी के अंत में फसल तैयार हो गई ! एक बीघे में हमने 25 लाख रुपये की कमाई की है ! एक झोपड़ी में बांस का स्ट्रक्चर बनाने में करीब 80 हजार रुपये का खर्चा आता है ! फिर खाद और मशरूम की रुपाई करने में कुल 2 लाख रुपये का खर्चा आता है ! एक झोपड़ी में 4 हजार किलो मशरूम का उत्पादन हो सकता है ! 100 रुपये प्रति किलो के हिसाब से बिकती है ! इस तरह से एक झोपड़ी से 4 लाख रुपये तक की कमाई होती है ! तो अगर आप भी खेती करते हैं लेकिन कमाई नहीं हो पा रही है तो मशरूम को अपनाइए हो सकता है कि आपका लक काम कर जाए और आपकी कमाई छप्पर फाड़ कर होने लगे !
