अपनी पुरानी मांगों को लेकर जिले भर के लेखपालों ने अपनी-अपनी तहसीलों पर धरना देकर तहसील दिवस का बहिष्कार किया। लेखपालों ने मांगपत्र मुख्यमंत्री को भेजा है।
उत्तर प्रदेष लेखपाल संघ के तत्वावधान में मंगलवार को जिले भर के लेखपाल कार्य से विरत रहे। सदर तहसील में धरने को संबोधित करते हुए तहसील अध्यक्ष रामऔतार वर्मा ने कहा कि सरकार हमसे काम तो लेना चाहती है लेकिन सुविधाओं में कोताही बरती जा रही है। वेतन और पेंषन में तमाम विसंगतियां हैं। एनपीएस का विरोध कर रहे लेखपालों ने पुरानी पेंषन दिए जाने की मांग की।
सचिव ष्याम कुमार गुप्ता ने कहा कि प्रोन्नति काडर में भी मनमानी बरती जा रही है। न तो स्टेषनरी भत्ता दिया जा रहा है और न ही दूसरे अन्य भत्ते। नाराज लेखपालों ने व्यवस्था के विरोध में जमकर नारेबाजी करते हुए मनमानी बंद करने की मांग की। लेखपालों को मुख्यमंत्री को एसडीएम और तहसीलदार के माध्यम से ज्ञापन भेजा है।
धरना प्रदर्षन के दौरान उमाषंकर षाक्य जिलाध्यक्ष, पुष्पेंद्र सिंह चैहान, मनोज कुमार गुप्ता, प्रज्ञादीप, राजेष सक्सेना, महेष गुप्ता, षैलेष गुप्ता, बृजेष सिंह राठौर, दीपचंद्र वर्मा, महेष सिंह तोमर आदि लेखपाल मौजूद थे।
